Default Re: AQ vs turn push

i'll explain further. he limped called pf. i put him on stuff like scs/pps/sometimes crap like suited aces/KQo and stuff like that. but i would typically think that most players would raise AK/AJ pf.

narrow his range down, street by street. take out hands as they are excluded from his range with the given action.

flop: he donks into us. i would say that is Ax/Jx/clubs/air/etc. still fairly wide. this player seems donkish enough to where he's splashing around (already given pf/flop action). so i like your raise on the flop, for value, protection, etc.

so, so far so good. after his flop call, i would put him on Ax/clubs.

turn: he open shoves. what does this mean? his hand range is now narrowed a little bit, but not much. i wouldnt think that a 5 changed much tbh. i dont think a 5 is really in his range, given the flop raise/call. i think that the turn is an easy call. AK isnt in his range, as stated earlier by PF action.
