I missed the call by the CO. You actually had to bet $9 into a $20 pot to put both opponents all-in. With odds that good, you have to play it as played.
If both CO and BB were full stacks I would consider crapping my pants.
I've been using odds more often to help make decisions when dealing with moves from short stacks. As a result I've picked off a few bluffs I would otherwise have missed.
