If he has a set he has 10 outs which gives him odds of 3.4:1.
If you call his bet, there is already 255$ in the pot. Not considering implied odds you have to at least raise $100 to deny him the immediate odds to draw to a full-house. As you have only $193 so you are pot-committed anyway if you raise only $100 and it also looks more threatening you should shove here.
Sometimes you will make him fold a straight or a smaller flush but not all players have the discipline to lay down those hands. Other times he check-raised with a weak holding and you take away his ability to bluff at it again.
Despite that I would play it straighforward here and not try to get cute.
