Just got this message from Full Tilt:
Hello Eric,

It has been brought to our attention that your Player ID may be seen as
offensive or inappropriate to other players.

At this time, we request that you change your Player ID to another name.
Please reply to this email and provide us with at least three other
possible Player IDs. We ask you for three options just in case your
preferred alternative is already taken by another player. Please note
that Player IDs may not be longer than 14 characters long and may
include any letter a to z, spaces and hyphens.

In the interim, we have suspended your account. Once you have replied to
this message, we will change your Player ID and reopen your account.
When this is done, you will be able to login using your new Player ID
and old password and your account balance will remain unchanged.

Thank you for your cooperation, and if there's anything else we can help
you with, please let us know.

Now, my old user name was GiantBlackPen1s and the funniest part is that it took 3 months and 40k+ hands for them to deem it inappropriate. They asked for a new name, + 3 other suggestions. And I sent them:
