The reason you aren't getting much feedback is that hands like this occur so rarely as to be pretty close to irrelevant in terms of your overall winrate over the long haul.
I'd go ahead and bet-call the river. You're chopping with a Q. You're beat by a K. But it's super low stakes so they might be going gonzo saying "LAWLZ I GOT QUADZ!" so you have to call a raise.
