Might as well put him all-in on the turn. He is probably on some kind of draw, you probably can't fold if he pushes despite the A on the board, and he probably calls with all his draws as well as any Ace if you push. Plus, if he has some mid overpair like 88-JJ, then he might fold if you put him all in when the ace hits since he might figure you for Ax that just got lucky on the turn.
