Looking at the river, it's highly likely that he doesn't have JT. If SB checks, it reads a bit like KQ where he is now looking to check/call on the chance that you had JT or AK and letting you bet your busted flush or lesser 2 pair.
Either way, I'm not sure how you can put any more money into the pot. You really don't beat anything except a bluff.
