Sorry to post in a baseball thread (won't let it happen again), but I saw this and the reason I suspected they gambled is that there was zero percent chance that Royce Effing Clayton was going to deliver a hit in that spot. Forget stats, it just wasn't happening. Think Kevin Bass in game six of the 1986 NLCS against Orosco or whomever. Sometimes you just know. So take matters into your own hands and send the guy.
