Hand 4, good flop to c-bet, but villain is so stupid/aggro that he's never folding after he makes his play. Once he plays back at you, give up. We don't need to win every pot. Wait for a hand and let the idiot stack off with middle pair (that's what I do against him). Am I correct in remembering that he's like 40/20?
