I check turn as we have just picked up disguised outs with the OESD. But I always fold flop: putting in way too much effective stacks UNLESS you plan on bluffing 4s/7s/9s/maybe an Ace.
Realise on the river it's prob best to give up as you have <1/2 pot river bet. Interesting to hear other responses on this, but it's my standard.
