Stack sizes make this hand way too awkward to play OOP (vs an unknown). You're better off folding to his flop raise and waiting until you have a read on him.

The reason I tend to think this way is that you're both deep enough for him to call any 3-bet that you're making where you would fold to a shove. If you make a 3-bet large enough to prevent him from calling with a draw then you are forcing yourself to call his all-in due to pot odds.

If you just call his flop raise, leading out on a blank looks so suspicious because anyone with decent hand reading skills will realize your most likely hand is a decent overpair that you cant stack off with for 180bb. If you had a set it's much more likely you'd 3-bet the flop and try to get more money in because you're both deep.

Anyway the only good option I see is just folding.
