If you go to
http://poker.wikia.com/wiki/Full_Tilt_Poker_Mods#Decks now, I uploaded a couple of Everlong's tables and one of your decks.
I'm not sure if it'll make organization better or worse. It's pretty easy to add tables, the decks are a lot more annoying because it's 7 files and you have to upload one by one.

As you can see, you just select the file, give it a name (I've been using "image name"-"creator".jpg as the format so far for tables, and "creator"-"deck name"-"image deck number".png for the decks)
If you click Edit, you should get how to add stuff. For a deck, you just add
Image:Everlong-Sunburst.jpg|Sunburst by Everlong
somewhere within the <gallery> tag (I'd like to keep it organized alphabetically by creator and then by table name)

[[Image:Fozzy71-5-3-Cards0.png|none|Version 5.3 by Fozzy71]] is just the code to display an image. I used Cards0.png because it's the smallest one. Leave |none| to keep it aligned to the left. Then at the end just add the same text as the deck title.

That just links to the image. It's the same file name, except you use Media: to link directly to the image. The "Card0.png" is just what it'll display as the link caption.
