What is the optimal line here? Call and stack to a safe turn, fold, or push. The board stinks of some kind of combo draw. I guess this would be a good one for a poker stove calc although my intuition tells me I have to be at least slightly ahead of his range here.

I am putting this in the slightly behind/way ahead category and pushing. You have so many outs that even if you are behind you are probably still &gt;50% equity.
