Actress Paris Hilton has reportedly chosen not to appeal her jail time. The 26 year-old socialite was condemned to serve 45 days in jail for violating her parole and driving a car with a suspended license.
Her jail term has already been reduced officially to 23 days because of a state jail policy encouraging good inmate behavior. The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department has confirmed that she will spend her jail time away from the general inmate population.
She must begin serving her time by June 5.
