not true. that's like saying if i wouldn't have otherwise bought tickets to go see happy feet, i could sneak into the theater and have it not be stealing, assuming plenty of open seats.

I'm not saying it's not stealing - you are taking a service without paying. What I am saying is it's not costing them money.
