Hand 1: Fold preflop. As played you should probably fold to the turn bet.

Hand 2: I like your bet on the flop. You should be betting a lot on these scary boards. Your opp called and bet into you on the turn. Scary and you have nothing...easy fold.

Hand 3: Reraise preflop half the time.
As played, I would probably fold on the flop or turn most of the time. Since you got to the river and his super small bet is probably a blocking bet you should probably make a large raise and try and steal it.
