Default TPTK on monotone flop 6way

Looking back, this hand is probably pretty standard. But things aren't going my way so I need confirmation.

Relevant reads:
CO is a bit too loose and rather aggressive, according to my notes he has donk/folded an unraised AQx flop 3way.
UTG is a typical loose-passive.

UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, CO calls, Hero calls, SB calls, BB checks.

Mistake not to raise here?

There's bound to be a few spades around, I wait to the turn to raise. Correct?

UTG checks, <font color="#cc0000">CO bets</font>, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises</font>, UTG calls, CO calls.

Okay he bets again, he could easily be doing this with a worse ace or with some pair/FD-combo. Standard raise.
