I'm guessing but I believe it would be as easy as...

1) Copying the C:\Program Files\Poker Tracker V2\PTrack.MDB file (those are your access databases) from comp A to the same dir on comp B.

2) Rename the PTrack.MDB you are moving to PTrack2.MDB or something and put it on your destination computer

2) Import them into PT via Utilites -> Database and Maintenance Options->Hand History DBs -> Add File (and choose your PTrack2.MDB)

Let me know if this worked. I might be way off.
