I wouldn't play bottom set so aggressive on this board. Esp after he calls your reraise, I think you could/should slowdown. A weak tight player won't call you down with worse imo. Once you bet the turn, your almost comitted stack wise on the river to call when your hand improves.
Why did you check the river? If you check it here, he'll bet anything that beats you, and if your going to call it anway, just bet the river in this spot.
