FYI I requested a check for around $500 more than a month ago. This was the last response I received from FTP:

Hello,

I would like to apologize for the delay you are experiencing in
receiving your check. It was processed on April 8th and was sent out on
April 10th. I have contacted our check processor and forwarded them the
relevant information regarding your check. They generally take a day or
two to respond to us, so come Monday we should have some concrete
answers for you.

I feel obligated to let you know that we are getting reports from a
small number of players saying that they are receiving their checks up
up to 10 business days later than the quoted delivery time. While this
is troubling for us, as we expect our processor to keep the shipping
times close to the 10 business day guideline, it is reassuring to know
that the checks are arriving (in most cases).

As we are just coming out of a transitional phase caused by the new
gambling legislation in the United States, please keep in
mind that this is a new processor for us and there are still kinks that
need to be worked out before things are running entirely smoothly. We
expect that these type of delays will be few and far between in the
future.

Once again I am sorry for your trouble and if there is anything else we
can do for you, do not hesitate to contact us.

They did not send me a follow up email so I've emailed them again tonight. They keep telling me it was sent out but I have a feeling it never was. Anyways I'm just a rec player and I haven't played any poker lately since I don't have much faith in the site paying out.
