Obviously A2 and 76 are bad, but I don't think he has those. Any Ax, more likely A5-A3, are options, as are any flopped two pair hands, especially Q5. Maybe also a pair and a draw: 52, 63, 74.

You have to call here. You may be ahead, you've got eight outs for the OESD (discount 'em some maybe), and your set outs are probably still good.
