Default Re: F U FULL TILT SOFTWARE

FTP's software simply isn't working as well as it needs to if they expect to keep their players. I've tested the problem over and over again, in every way imaginable. I can say with 100% certainty that the "connection problems" they claim are on my end are NOT on my end, unless it is their position that you need a connection faster than the connection required to play any other poker site on the Internet (in which case they are admitting they have a problem anyway really). I can stream videos, download files, play as many other sites as I want all at the same time. But Full Tilt freezes both when connected to other sites and when running on its own... repeatedly. (For those of you who like to make assumptions, like Full Tilt's support staff does - I tested using the fastest laptop Dell makes and one of the fastest desktops on the market. Whether you're experiencing issues or not, some of us are, including those of us who have set-ups that are complete overkill for playing online poker.)

It's completely unacceptable and, for those who experience the issues, Full Tilt is one of the least reliable sites on the Internet (which makes it one of the worst most poker sites on the Internet).

It's absolutely pathetic how their support is handling the issue. They're costing some players serious equity, and they won't do anything other than say that it isn't their fault. Until this issue is fully resolved, playing at Full Tilt isn't even really an option.
