A couple guys I've played with will get out of the cart take 2 practice swings, step back, eye the shot, step forward, sit in their stance for a few seconds, take a couple practice swings, and then finally get to it. This doesn't bother me too much, take your time we aren't at work so we should be enjoying ourselves.
I agree with OP though 100%. Take your time hitting your shot but for christ sake get out of the damn cart.
I hate when we play games that make you tee off in order (wolf,cod) because I am always the first to the tee and every one else is still dicking around in their bag or whatever but I can't hit out of order.
