Actually, much of the team has a lot of potential. They just never get the ball.
There's zero excuse for Kobe's gigantic ball hogging in the 4th quarter of every close game. Why do you think the Lakers' record in close games is so poor? Why do you think Kobe is shooting ~20% on game-winning shots? Why do you think he shoots the worst % in the 4th? Ball. Hog.
