Phil Gordon would not call that raise preflop. According to Gordon's table for average table openings the only hand you are beating is AQs and drawing with AKo though marginally behind to AKs (as it will get free roll opportunities).
The above has not factored in that there is a caller. Your raise seems really wild since you do not know anything about the original raiser. Surely, this reraise of yours is not positive expected value. I am surprised that no-one sees it as I am seeing it.
