What the state does is it pushes the mythology that voluntary and peaceful interaction (i.e. the market) is of the second type. In reality, the state itself is of the second type and the market is of the first type. It is extremely ironic and tragic that people keep falling for it.

Yikes. You really do hold the market sacred if you think "the market" is universally a cooperative, non-exploitative endeavor. You do know that quacks and snake-oil salesmen show up in both sectors, right?
Edit: Come to think of it, the term "snake oil salesman" came about in the free market as a reference to people who tried to sell unregulated "medecine" that had no curative power. Go figure.
