I don't think this is a flop push. What can he call you with that you beat? His likely holdings are going to be a set, AJ or a made flush. I suspect the flush is least likely, it's hard to imagine what he called with preflop, suited connector doesn't make a lot of sense.

I would therefore call his flop bet and pass the turn probably. You don't have implied odds to draw to your flush on the turn, and I don't think you're ahead of much here.

Likewise, I'm passing the river.

To call the turn/river bet, or to push the flop, you have to be able to put him on a hand like AQ. AQ with the club is basically the only hand you can put him on that you beat. I think this is a hand where a laydown is required.
