I am just curious as to how they run any size game with a capped pot rule. They couldn't have someone not be allowed to call because it would go over the cap would they? So are you not allowed to bet any amount that would make the pot go over if every other player called? Seems like that would limit the bets to extremely small amounts, and still wind up creating a game which would barely qualify to be called poker.
