Local news says they have arrested a couple folks. No surprise... just a jealous ex getting even. The girl had her ex forcably tossed out of Luxor a couple times over the last months. From LVRJ:

Bombing suspects identified
Las Vegas police announced today that they have arrested two people in the bomb blast that killed a man in the Luxor parking garage Monday.
Omar Rueda-Denvers, 32, was charged with murder with use of a deadly weapon, attempted murder with use of a deadly weapon, and possession of an explosive device.
Denvers has a child in common with the girlfriend of the victim, police said. The motive is believed to involve visitation privileges and other domestic issues, they said.
Porfirro Duarte Herrera, 27, was charged with being an alien in possession of a firearm. Other charges are expected to be filed against him later today, police said.
