It suggests a 5-day workout routine. My goal is to bulk up ( I started lifting for the first time in September I was 6'4" and 162lbs.) I am now 6'4" and 189lbs and still trying to bulk up and have a muscular look. Is this a legit routine? I use to do chest arms and shoulders one day and my other day would be legs at back. I worked out 5 days a week before.
