it's a temp ban, he'll be back later today. and it's right in the OOT sticky. derailing threads is absolutely punishable, and i've done it before (in threads i had no part in). especially after you've been warned.
everyone who doesn't like this can look no further than the second paragraph: "know that this forum is moderated in a harsh and often arbitrary fashion."
end of discussion in this thread, find phill s and bwana devil and start an ATF thread if it's an issue.
