Have had a conversation with someone who believed this. His reasoning was that since they both have one card to hit (the Ten or the Queen) it 'must be about 50/50'.
Also have heard another legend about the computer hand many times, supposedly it is named thus because computers proved it 'hits the flop more often than any other hand'. Obvious when you think about it.
