Tell them you think they made a mistake let them investigate you might have been eligible for a bonus that you weren't aware of or something else. If thats the case they'll tell you to keep it.
You either have integrity or not, you have to tell them and if its a mistake send it back. If its not a mistake then enjoy the money and feel no guilt.

MrFizzbin got it exactly right... integrity & honesty are most important character traits we have as respectable poker players. (Hell, as respectable human beings.)
Your poker site EARNED their money by providing / hosting a service that you value, that's why we pay rake. Just because they might have an eight or nine digit bank account balance, doesn't make it OK to take something you know isn't yours.
And yeah, after you make a good faith effort to bring the error to their attention, if they still believe the money is yours... by all means, go have a blast with it. Good times!
