This board is too messy to think WA/WB. There are lots of hands that are drawing and could be slightly ahead/behind. Flushes, straights, 2 pairs, Aces with lower kickers, aces with the higher kicker, lower pairs waiting to spike their kicker. There's a lot that can be going on that's not WA/WB.
I think a prestine example of "WA/WB" is something like holding AA with a TT527 rainbow board. For the most part, they either have a T or they lose. WA/WB. The current hand isn't remotely that clean. I didn't vote yes.
