I don't think it matters what he has because whatever it is probably beats an overpair. This is the Baluga Theorem in action: c/c flop + c/r turn = big hand.

Unless he tugs his ear everytime he's bluffing and I can see him out the window through my binoculars tugging his ear, then I'd fold.
