West Ham fined for fielding ineligible players.
There is a precedent for docking teams points for this but some how West Ham escape, speculation is that the Premier league committee knew West Ham would appeal to the courts and chickened out. But now
The other relegation battlers are going to take legal action so it looks like the whole league will be up in the air over the summer brake as the issue of who will be relegated will be decided in court.
I hate the fact that teams can take legal action against governing bodies when things don’t go their way. I hate the fact that the premiership committee is so spineless and didn’t doc 10 points to begin with and I hate the fact that they constantly show favouritism to the bigger clubs.
