The race for the championship could end this weekend. The only realistic chance Chelsea has is to win its last 3 games. If it draws or loses any of the games, it's pretty much over.

That said, because Chelsea plays Man U, 5 points isn't as big as it seems at first glance. If Chelsea wins its last 3 games, Man U have to go at least 1-1-0 in its other two games to win the league. That means if Man U loses to Man City, the door is wide open for Chelsea.
