Playing KQo early is not one of my choices... I usually don't play it until MP, but you did the right thing by raising because it does not like company. Plus the table was playing passive. The only thing different I would have done is shoot a blocking bet on the river because I really want to show down this hand but not for anything close to a pot sized bet. Small made flushes will sometimes just call here afraid of a bigger flush and you don't give villain the opportunity to bluff you out. Fold to a raise though.

On the turn you didn't give him odds to chase and he still did. So you could probably pot it. Still gives him bad odds and adds value when he misses the flush on the river. When he miss the river no matter how small you bet he's not gonna call you if he has air.
