Default Re: NL10 67o Monster Flop with the Dreaded Turn

I know this sounds nitty, but I basically never complete with hands like this in the SB. Position is so big in NL, that I'd WAAAAYYYY rather pay a BB in late position than half a bet in the SB. That being said, betting the flop is fine, but I'd check and fold the turn.

OK, I really need an explanation here. What hands do you complete if not these? I mean, they can either flop you something nice (like two pair or trips) or a monster (like straights), or you'll totally miss the flop and throw away. Is everyone around just as nitty? With a couple of limpers, I complete connectors everyday and twice on Sundays.

I'm not saying that completing is terrible here, in fact in might even be correct. It's just that with two small cards like this, there aren't that many flops you're going to like. You're also out of position, so it's tougher to extract if you do get a nice flop. Also, draws play poorly in NL out of position, and you're going to flop a draw rather than a made hand more often with connectors. I'll limp 67o on the button in a limped pot most of the time, even if I fold in the SB. I'd rather complete with something like J9o since I have a bit bigger cards and I can feel better if I flop top pair. With 67o flopping a pair isn't usually enough to win.
