It depends on the table but I certainly don't mind completing with two limpers here.
Flop is fine.
Turn I would check, I don't think most passive opponents are betting without a heart. If he checks behind I would bet/fold the river.
It feels as if he's got a pair and a smallish heart here and he isn't laying it down.
