Default response from party about image deletion bug

I didn't see this party response anywhere, so I am making a new thread.
I emailed party bitching, and I brought up the images deletion bug (i did not have this happen to me). And of course they sent the standard form response, that their software doesn't delete anything, blah blah blah, I replied saying that's a lie, etc, etc...
and after 2 days and about 4 emails, they sent me a response back:

1. What is the Operating system players are using (Windows 95/ 98/ 2000/ ME/ XP/ Professional)

2. When was the software first upgraded

3. When did they first uninstall the software

4. When did they first notice that the images are deleted

5. Did they reinstall the games

6. Are the able to play at tables

7. Contact Number and appropriate time to call

We thank you for your patience and understanding in this regard.

now this almost seems like they are trying to get some info to narrow down why the images were deleted. they even tried to call me, but i didn't answer cause I didn't recognize the #...

i thought this was interesting... not an admission, but close it seems
