Try calling BoDog on the phone. You'll normally get through right away and, from my experiences, customer support is excellent. I normally use the money transfer option to cashout and haven't deposited post-UIGEA so I cannot comment on that. I did request a check on my last withdrawal and it took 19 calendar days for me to receive it. Money Transfer withdrawals are normally set up in 2 days and you can request one each calendar week without fees.

I don't have any experience with this deposit option but I am sure they will help you out over the phone.
