I think there should be less weigh on the QT hands but at the same time he might raise A2-A4 on the flop so I would guess this is about right.

Ok if you include QT in his range why wouldn't you include T9 in his range also?

I would just check fold the turn, I don't really see how the big blind would have anything you beat. Usually leading out from the small blind into a big field in an unraised pot is a sign of a huge hand and he was still raising you. This looks like any two pair hand at least and you are drawing dead to all of them except for one.
