Buy-in for the event was 220. There were 5 separate satellites played over 3 days to get into this final tournament for the seat. I had finished in the top 20 of the 5th tournament to get into this one. Chip stacks did not carry over, so we were starting with 1K, with a total of 100K in chips in play.
Prizes ranged like this:
1st - WSOP seat +20K cash
2nd - 15.5K cash
3rd - 12.5K
4th - 10K
and so on down to 1K for 11th

This is a jacked up tourney...it could have easily awarded 6 seats or so. Whats the deal with 1st getting a seat and 20k?? Hopefully a hotel wont cost you 20k for a week of gambling in vegas.
