Yeah, 30/20 puts you in a lot of tough spots post flop...especially vs. relatively inscrutable low limit types.
I's suggest trying to tighten up to 27/18/solid at the low limits to rebuild confidence.
I also think you are very wrong about playing TAG in laggy games. If you are playing weakish-tightish TAG, then yes, and given your WTSD, this might be the case.
