Cats are small and squishy, mainly vital organs exposed in the soft belly area. Cats and dogs have died from internal bleeding after physical abuse, like say being kicked...They have tiny heads and big eyes.
The chances of something pretty nasty happening if you were to go that route, are pretty good.
No need to get upset and defensive, I assumed I was just stating the obvious.
