Yeah. There are several differences:
1) Hand strength (AKo >> AQo when OOP and facing a raise)
2) Number of villains (AKo vs 5 players >> AQo vs 3 players)
3) Reads ("He has been raising a fair amount of hands Pre-flop but none that I've seen shown down." + "Rest of the table seems pretty loose Passive." >> "No reads")
