Villian is a lag. He can be raising here with a variety of hands. He doesn't neccesarily have the As. The fact that he just called preflop and on the flop makes it even less likely he has the As. What self respecting lag doesn't raise a nut flush draw and an overcard on the flop?
In this position I'm probably not 3 betting, but I'm not sure it's bad either.
