This "exploit-anifile.c" was the recent 0-day Windows bug that was just patch by Microsoft, McAfee probably stopped it but you should:
1)update your computer(update.microsoft.com)
2)run the virus scan in safe mode
...also switch over to firefox if your not already using it

Thanks for the advice... all of my windows patches are up-to-date. I am currently running the virus scan in safe-mode (I am posting from a different computer), and I still use IE, but really should switch to firefox. The problem for me is that firefox is buggy for me. Half the time I have to CTRL+ALT+DELETE -> end teh firefox.exe process to get firefox to startup again after closing it. Although I don't remember this happening since the last firefox update, so maybe they fixed it.
