you didn't factor the ring unmaking (very unlikely, maybe 1 point for village tops) and ring being lost (at least 3-4 points for wolves) at all

Ring being lost helps, but not as much as you think because of that many seer games.

King Theoden is definitely not worse than a normal villager, and it doesn't really matter.

Aragorn might drop a point there.

Even with all those tweaks, village should be like a 3 or 4 point favorite.
